Sales Engineering Manager OLTC & Bushings

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a regional team of Sales Engineers supporting Bushings and OLTC. The role involves working closely with customers, sales, marketing, and tendering teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs. The position is newly created, offering a unique opportunity to shape and develop the future Sales Engineering organization.

What You Will Do

Lead a regional team of Sales Engineers, apply Sales Engineering team’s application expertise to work with customers, sales, marketing, and tendering teams, foster a collaborative environment, and participate in customer meetings, technical support activities, and sales engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years’ engineering experience in Transformer/Bushings/OLTC technology
• Previous people-management experience within a technical or commercial environment
• Communicative and can explain advanced technical knowledge in a simple and easy way
• Strategic with a constant business mind, proven commercial experience in complex environments
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English is mandatory. Additional language skills such as Swedish, Spanish, German, or French are considered an advantage
