Requirements
- Confident in expanding and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers to deliver sustained sales growth.
- Develop and nurture key business relationships across your territory, ensuring alignment with Holcim’s commercial strategy and growth objectives.
- Represent the Holcim brand with pride, raising its visibility and reputation while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Generate high value sales and drive long-term partnerships that support our ambition to lead the transition to sustainable building.
- Monitor and manage market share within your region, analysing both won and lost opportunities to shape future sales strategies.
- Agree and achieve margin and volume targets that contribute to Holcim’s continued success.
