Requirements
- Confidently expand and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers to deliver sustained sales growth.
- Represent the Holcim brand with pride, raising its visibility and reputation while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Use commercial insight to prepare and present reports to assess performance, guide strategic decisions, and maximise market potential.
- Monitor and manage market share within your region, analysing both won and lost opportunities to shape future sales strategies.
