Role Overview
Manage store operations processes for specific areas of responsibility and drive process improvements that support the needs of the stores/field.
What You Will Do
Analyze problems, develop and implement changes, manage day-to-day processes, and communicate effectively with the field/stores.

Strong business, functional, and/or store knowledge, leadership and management experience, and ability to partner/communicate well with the field/stores.
Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- PMI certification preferred
- 3 years of retail experience or process management in related area
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum Years of Work Experience: 5
