Role Overview
Support the monthly close and ongoing financial operations for internal corporate departments, including Payroll and Supply Chain. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate financial insights.
What You Will Do
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, forecasting support, and sales tax filings. Provide financial and analytical assistance with budgets and monthly reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Three years’ experience in a finance-focused role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including exceptional skills with Excel and other analytical tools
- Knowledge of Oracle or related large ERP system an asset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle confidentiality
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities with ease
