Role Overview
The Staff AI Operations Lead will work with the Data team to develop and deploy AI systems into real business workflows, making them fast, automated, and measurably better. The role requires deep experience shipping systems into production, hands-on fluency with modern AI stacks, and the ability to learn someone else’s job well enough to improve it.
What You Will Do
The Staff AI Operations Lead will ship automated workflows end to end, partner with department leaders to identify high-leverage workflows, define success before building, and deliver working systems with evaluation harnesses and ongoing monitoring.
