Manager, Business & Corporate Banking (Growth Sector – Real Estate Specialist)

We are seeking a Manager, Real Estate Specialist to develop and oversee growth of the Loan Portfolio for Commercial Real Estate within Business Corporate Banking. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise on the CRE sector and work with Business Centers and Relationship Managers to acquire customers and propose financing structures.

Requirements

• Malaysia citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in banking/finance/accounting or any equivalent
• 5 years and above work experience in the Real Estate industry or work for commercial real estate analysis, financing, or a related role
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting corporate real estate transactions is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
