The role involves coordinating logistics, vendors, and setup for events, assisting with employee experience initiatives, and providing general administrative and coordination support to the team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, events, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of day-to-day tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, in-office environment
- Reliable and responsive, with a strong sense of accountability
