Vention is looking for an Office & People Operations Coordinator to support its People team in maintaining a smooth day-to-day office experience, supporting employee onboarding and internal events, and creating a positive and well-run workplace. The role involves coordinating logistics, vendors, and setup for events, assisting with employee experience initiatives, and providing general administrative and coordination support to the team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, events, or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of day-to-day tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, in-office environment
  • Reliable and responsive, with a strong sense of accountability
