Requirements

• Proven track record of driving exceptional product growth metrics
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of translating complex data into impactful business decisions
• Ownership of retention KPIs and lifecycle programs
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Strong hands-on experience with analyzing funnels, fluency in metrics like activation rate, LTV, churn cohorts
• Have a technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
