Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with property managers, HOA’s, owners, and developers to bring new telecommunication products and services to properties.

Requirements

  • Drive new access opportunity through strategic prospecting, planning, and business development activities
  • Identify and qualify property opportunities
  • Prepare and submit business cases for approval
  • Perform market analysis and planning
  • Develop local market partnerships and organizational affiliations
  • Perform professional sales and marketing activities
  • Generate new building opportunity through various prospecting activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in SFDC
  • Partner effectively with other departments
  • Schedule tenant events
  • Schedule and meet with property managers
