The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with property managers, HOA’s, owners, and developers to bring new telecommunication products and services to properties.
Requirements
- Drive new access opportunity through strategic prospecting, planning, and business development activities
- Identify and qualify property opportunities
- Prepare and submit business cases for approval
- Perform market analysis and planning
- Develop local market partnerships and organizational affiliations
- Perform professional sales and marketing activities
- Generate new building opportunity through various prospecting activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Maintain accurate and complete records in SFDC
- Partner effectively with other departments
- Schedule tenant events
- Schedule and meet with property managers
