Marketing Manager – UK&EMEA

Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to support the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing activity across the UKI & EMEA region. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about beauty, brand-building, and campaign execution.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion or luxury
• Experience working in the EMEA landscape is ideal but not essential
• Proven experience delivering campaigns or projects from briefing through to execution
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of brand building and performance drivers
• Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication and collaboration skills
