Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager EU will be responsible for executing 360° launch plans across Europe, managing new product listings, and building marketing plans. They will also be responsible for sales reporting, budget management, and competitive monitoring.
What You Will Do
The role involves executing trade marketing plans, managing sales reports, owning the marketing and trade budget, and conducting competitive monitoring. You will also be responsible for online optimization, including product detail pages and SEO-relevant content.

Requirements
- At least 3 years’ successful experience in a similar role, within the retail / distribution, luxury or cosmetics sector (excluding internships)
- Higher education degree at master’s level (Bac +5) — business school or equivalent
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken
- Willingness and availability to travel across Europe
- Strong strategic mindset with analytical and synthesis skills, and a good command of Excel and reporting tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Excellent organization and project-management skills
- A creative, data-driven and entrepreneurial approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A strong team player, especially across functions, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Structured and organized but comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
- Impeccable attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Proactive and action orientated
