Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will lead a role with shop floor cost system, analyze financial and operational results, and provide monthly tracking and reconciliation of AR issues. The position will report to the Controller and be responsible for month-end closing and reporting, capital appropriation, and financial analysis.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will lead daily reporting systems, analyze plant spending, and provide financial analysis and process development for special projects. The role will also support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
