Role Overview
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the building and construction sector in Kuwait, generate leads, and build relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
What You Will Do
Conduct product presentations, support the specification process and technical proposals, follow up on project opportunities, forecast project sales, maintain the sales pipeline, and ensure the successful conversion of sales inquiries into sales transactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in technical/project sales within Kuwait
- Experience in the construction industry, preferably within building materials or building solutions products
- Proven track record in project and B2B sales
- Knowledge of drywall systems or related construction products
- Experience with BOQs, project specifications, and tender documents
- Existing consultant and contractor network in Kuwait
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to generate new business opportunities, manage project pipelines, and achieve sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
- Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa
- Valid driving license
- Fluent in English and Arabic
