Sales Manager

Drive business development and project sales within the construction sector by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting building material solutions across ongoing and upcoming projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience in technical/project sales within construction or building materials
• Knowledge of drywall systems or similar building solutions is an advantage
• Experience handling BOQs, specifications, and tender documents
• Strong understanding of the Kuwait construction market with exposure to consultants and contractors
• Ability to build relationships and manage client interactions across projects
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with the ability to generate pipeline and close deals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus
