Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
- At least 20 years of relevant experience in business development, site acquisition, leasing, or expansion management.
- 10 years of leadership experience, preferably currently holding a senior managerial or leadership position.
- Proven experience within the F&B, QSR, retail, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, market assessment, and decision-making capabilities.
