Business Development Head (Site Acquisition & Expansion)

Lead site acquisition and business expansion strategy across nationwide operations. Identify and secure strategic locations, manage end-to-end leasing processes, and build relationships with external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
• At least 20 years of relevant experience in business development, site acquisition, leasing, or expansion management.
• 10 years of leadership experience, preferably currently holding a senior managerial or leadership position.
• Proven experience within the F&B, QSR, retail, or related industries.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, market assessment, and decision-making capabilities.
