Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support sales objectives, and drive customer engagement across traditional and digital channels.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns, lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and post-campaign evaluation, oversee digital marketing initiatives, and manage offline marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant marketing experience with exposure to digital marketing and brand management
- Proven managerial experience handling marketing teams
- Strong background in both traditional and digital marketing
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Multibrand businesses is highly preferred
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Knowledgeable in basic design principles
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
