HubSpot is looking for a Lead Solutions Engineer to help customers unlock value through tailored, technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in PreSales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting, with fluency in Japanese and strong English reading and writing skills.
Requirements
- Partner with Account Executives to drive technical strategy and execution across new business and expansion opportunities.
- Lead discovery conversations to deeply understand customer challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
- Design and present tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate business value and drive deal progression.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to influence decision-making and accelerate outcomes.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives aligned to customer priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, and Product teams to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to presales initiatives and projects that improve team efficiency, messaging, and win rates.
- Mentor and support less experienced team members, helping elevate overall team performance.
