As a Senior AEO Growth Marketer, you’ll own the post-launch go-to-market strategy and growth motion for HubSpot AEO, combining answer engine optimization strategy, experimentation, and cross-functional execution to turn insights into scalable growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Own the post-launch GTM strategy and growth motion for HubSpot AEO
  • Develop and execute AEO tactics that improve HubSpot’s visibility, citations, and brand presence across answer engines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Media, Web Strategy, International teams, and more to align on priorities and execution.
  • Design and run AEO experiments across content, owned media, creators, partnerships, and review platforms to uncover scalable growth opportunities.
  • Translate experiment findings into repeatable playbooks, future campaign strategy, and product recommendations that improve demand generation performance.
  • Build reporting frameworks that connect AEO visibility to demand outcomes.
  • Champion AI automation to improve marketing efficiency, experimentation velocity, and reporting workflows.
  • Help shape the broader AI-era search strategy at HubSpot by contributing strategic insights, scalable playbooks, and operational best practices.
