Join Humaans as the second Rev Ops hire, working directly with the Head of Revenue Operations to power a high-growth GTM engine. You will own HubSpot workflows, automate internal tooling with AI, and deliver strategic insights to the CEO. This is a high-ownership role shaping the operational infrastructure of a category-defining AI company.

What you will do
- Manage and optimize complex CRM workflows in HubSpot and Zapier to ensure scalable, error-free processes for Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Implement and test cutting-edge AI tools to build internal tooling and automate manual Rev Ops tasks, increasing team leverage and speed.
- Deliver data-driven reporting and strategic insights to the Rev Ops Lead, Finance team, and CEO to support critical operational decision-making.
The ideal candidate
- 1-2 years of experience in an analytical environment such as banking, consultancy, or a high-growth startup with strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Hands-on expertise in HubSpot administration, from managing data integrity to optimizing automated workflows and connecting go-to-market tech stacks.
- A proactive builder who is genuinely excited about AI-driven processes and vibe coding tools like Bolt.new or Lovable to solve internal challenges.
