Business Development Manager

Responsible for identifying and commercializing sizable, new growth opportunities for the AdTech business with a focus on the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• Experience in converting opportunities from concept to commercialization in the semiconductor industry
• University degree in a business or technical discipline; an MBA is a plus
• At least 10-years combined experience in production or R&D, Product Development, and Sales or Marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor, OSAT packaging, display or related industrial activity
• Global work experience across a matrix organization is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to high level stakeholders
• Team player as well as ability to have an objective critical view
• Fluency in English
• Problem solving skills with independence and self-motivation
