At Huntsman, we’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to strengthen our customer journey by supporting key initiatives across service, customer insights, digital tools, and experience optimization.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or similar roles
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (SAP exposure is preferred)
- Good Excel skills are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data, reporting, and dashboards
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional and international stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and support change initiatives
