We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative with strong closing ability to drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and deal conversion.

Requirements

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Own the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
