Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles
- 1+ year of experience working specifically within a digital marketing agency
- Strong working knowledge of SEO and Paid Media (PPC) fundamentals
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Manager reporting
- Proven ability to pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports and KPIs independently
- Experience navigating CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, and/or Shopify
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write with clarity and confidence
- A dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet and the self-discipline to manage time effectively
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
