icconX is a fast-growing Made-in-India mobile accessories brand (wireless earbuds, neckbands, charging accessories) headquartered in Udaipur. We are building an aggressive sales team across online and offline channels and looking for a sharp operations mind to power our 30+ member sales force.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Executive who has walked the field, understands ground realities, and can now drive planning, MIS, and target-setting from the inside. This is a high-ownership role — you won’t just report numbers, you’ll help shape them.
Key Responsibilities
Target Setting & Planning
- Collaborate with the sales leadership to set realistic, data-backed monthly and quarterly targets for each team member
- Build territory-wise and channel-wise target frameworks (online / GT / MT)
- Define and track outlet universe, WOD (Working Outlet Days), and productivity metrics
- Drive beat planning and outlet coverage reviews with the field team
MIS & Reporting
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly MIS — sales vs. target, channel-wise, SKU-wise, region-wise
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership review
- Consolidate data from 30+ sales reps and maintain accuracy
- Track primary vs. secondary sales, returns, and collections
Sales Operations
- Identify gaps in coverage, productivity, and target achievement — and flag early
- Coordinate between field sales, supply chain, and management on order status and dispatch
- Maintain distributor/dealer master database
- Support monthly review meetings with structured data and insights
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 4–6 years of total experience
- Minimum 2 years in field sales (FMCG, consumer electronics, or mobile accessories preferred)
- Subsequent 2+ years in sales coordination / MIS / operations
Must-Have Skills
- Deep understanding of WOD, outlet universe, beat planning, and productivity tracking
- Strong MS Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dynamic dashboards
- Ability to set and negotiate targets with the field team — not just report them
- Comfortable working with 30+ member teams across geographies
- High ownership mindset — proactive, not reactive
Good to Have
- Experience with FMCG GT/MT channel dynamics
- Familiarity with any Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool
- Basic Power BI or Google Sheets dashboards
Soft Skills
- Confident enough to challenge a sales rep’s data on the call
- Detail-oriented but can also see the big picture
Qualification
Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred). MBA is a plus but not mandatory if field experience is strong.
