Financial Analyst – FP&A

Role Overview

Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis across the organization. Help transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support decision-making and business performance.

What You Will Do

Perform variance analysis, analyze revenue and profitability trends, prepare financial reports and dashboards, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, financial formulas, and data analysis techniques
• Understanding of financial statements and fundamental financial analysis concepts
• Ability to work with large data sets and translate information into actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
