Director of Digital Growth

We are seeking a Director of Digital Growth to lead our digital growth and e-commerce strategy, drive digital revenue growth, and improve the end-to-end customer experience. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in digital growth, e-commerce, or digital product leadership, preferably in B2B or industrial manufacturing.

Requirements

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in digital growth, e-commerce, or digital product leadership, preferably in B2B or industrial manufacturing
• Proven success launching or scaling B2B e-commerce and digital platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
