Student Placement – Business Development Manager – North Office

Role Overview

Support the Country Business Development Manager in developing business plans and implementing growth strategies for Student Placement in IDP Vietnam. Build relationships with local institutions, develop and manage referral partner networks, and promote IDP student placement business in North Vietnam.

What You Will Do

Business planning, relationship building, event planning, customer service, training personnel, and collaboration with various departments to deliver highest performance.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or other related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, at least 2 of which must be in a managerial/team leading position.
• Experience in marketing, especially in education services and English learning environment in Vietnam, is preferred.
• Experience in working with schools, universities, and colleges is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of sales and marketing principles with proven records of sale target achievements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Intense drive to explore new opportunities and bring in new businesses.
• Capacity for innovative thinking in assessing opportunities for change.
