IEQ Capital is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to support investment data quality, controls, and analytics across alternative and liquid asset classes. The ideal candidate combines investment knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience working with large datasets and building scalable quality control processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in investment analytics, investment operations, data management, or a related analytical role
- Understanding of alternative investments (private equity, venture capital, hedge funds) and liquid securities (equities and fixed income)
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Experience performing reconciliations, identifying data discrepancies, and resolving data quality issues
