FP&A Associate

IEX is looking for an experienced Finance professional to join the team as an FP&A Associate. The person will be a key member of the Finance team, working closely with IEX’s Head of Finance and FP&A Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Tech, fintech, exchange or marketplace experience at a growth-stage company highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, devotion to accuracy and data integrity
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills; analytic creativity and insight
• Ability to multitask and deliver on competing priorities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
