Demand Generation Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The role provides back-office operations and coordination support for AI demand generation, working with the Head of AI Field Enablement and AI Demand Generation. It owns the operational side of campaign delivery, including HubSpot data quality, list and asset readiness, launch execution, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include HubSpot data hygiene, reporting and project administration, and supporting consent, preference, and regional data handling requirements.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, campaign coordination, or a comparable business support role
• Hands-on experience in a CRM or marketing automation platform
• Strong data discipline and attention to detail
• Track record of keeping plans, trackers, and recurring reporting accurate and on schedule
• Willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule covering North American and European hours
• Strong written English and the habit of documenting decisions, actions, and status clearly
• A degree in business, marketing, information technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on HubSpot experience, particularly with lists, workflows, campaigns, and reporting
• Experience supporting a demand generation or revenue operations team in a B2B environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power BI or comparable reporting tools
• Working knowledge of AI and automation tools, and an interest in using them to reduce manual operational effort
• Prior experience working to a distributed team across multiple time zones
