Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
- FINRA Series 65 required (additional licensing may be needed)
- 15+ years’ experience in retirement plan industry required
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, acquire, and grow retirement plan advisors and practices
- Prior experience with RPAG and Salesforce platforms strongly preferred
