Account Manager, Corporate at iManage will drive net revenue retention and expansion within a portfolio of existing corporate legal organizations. This role will own the full account relationship, identify white-space opportunities, guide product adoption, and execute cross-sell and upsell motions.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B account management, customer success, or expansion sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record managing account portfolios and driving expansion revenue or NRR
- Consultative sales mindset with strong discovery, active listening, and stakeholder management skills
