Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

Role Overview

As Senior Communications Manager, you will build and lead marketing and communications initiatives to increase awareness, strengthen media visibility, and attract the right founders to Impossible Founders’ programs and formats. You will turn our brand and communications priorities into integrated campaigns and audience journeys, taking ownership of day-to-day coordination and execution while working closely with the Director on strategic direction.

What You Will Do

You will own the marketing domain, including performance marketing and analytics, especially for our programs and formats. You will define objectives and KPIs, use data to test and improve results, and make sure campaigns are backed by the right materials. You will also lead media relations and PR, support CEO and leadership communications, and integrate marketing into program and event planning.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading integrated communications or marketing projects end-to-end, ideally in a fast-moving startup, agency, or ecosystem environment
• Hands-on expertise in performance marketing analytics – attribution, funnel/conversion analysis, testing and optimisation frameworks, SEO/AEO, and dashboarding
• Proven media relations and PR experience: you’ve built press relationships, pitched stories, and secured coverage proactively, not just reactively
• Experience in project management as well as managing external agencies, freelancers, and multiple internal stakeholders at once
