Role Overview
The Demand and Sales Planning Analyst will act in demand planning and sales forecasting, analyzing sales history, trends, and demand behavior, and supporting the preparation and revision of Forecast.
What You Will Do
The analyst will monitor forecasted x realized, identifying deviations and opportunities, analyze planning and sales indicators, support studies and analyses for decision-making, develop reports and managerial presentations, and interact with areas such as Commercial, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Management, or related areas
- Experience in planning, sales forecasting, demand, market intelligence, or related areas
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Logical reasoning and analytical capacity
- Facility for working with numbers, indicators, and information
- Good communication and ease of relationship with different areas
- Proactive profile, organized, and with a sense of urgency
