Inchcape is seeking a Financial Analyst (Finance Planning & Analysis) to join their team in Vilnius. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring business performance, delivering analysis and forecasts, and driving efficiency and cost optimization.
Requirements
- Monitor business performance through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and reporting
- Evaluate monthly financial results, interpretation of variances and KPIs
- Identify efficiency gains and optimization of the operational activities
- Support business in preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide forward-looking insights on revenue drivers, profitability analysis, cost reduction opportunities
- Be involved in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) reporting and ensure partner requirements are met
- Support business digitization and work optimization
- Optimize working capital to meet business objectives and maximize free cash flow
