Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will serve as a strategic analytical partner to Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and teams across the organization to deliver analytical solutions. The role will help Clarus improve pipeline visibility, commercial performance, customer retention, product adoption, and partner outcomes.

What You Will Do

The Senior Data Analyst will gather reporting requirements, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, create reusable datasets, and establish KPI definitions. They will also partner with teams to define analytical needs and improve decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, business, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, marketing, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience building business dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI or Tableau
• Experience analyzing CRM data, sales pipelines, funnels, customer activity, and commercial performance
• Strong understanding of forecasting, segmentation, conversion, retention, renewal, churn, and customer lifecycle metrics
