Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing, Engineering or related field from an accredited college/university;
- 3+ years growing federal/DoD accounts (BD, capture, or solutions) with documented wins;
- Fluent in FAR/DFARS and federal procurement lifecycles;
- Led compliant proposals end-to-end with differentiated win themes;
- Exceptional communication and executive presence—able to brief senior leaders and build trust quickly;
- Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret level clearance, if required
