We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing product adoption data to help drive informed business decisions.
Requirements
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing product adoption data
- Interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing repeatable actionable insights
- Collaborating across departments to support organizational goals
- Designing data outputs (Power BI dashboards & analytics reports)
- Training stakeholders (internal and clients) in data adaptation and literacy
- Delivering analytical solutions aligned to vision
- Work with PM & Tech Lead to deliver product analytics and project insights
- Creating and maintaining detailed and concise product and analytical documentation
- Prioritizing and responding to data-related queries
- Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient
- Producing reports and data insights that drive actionable outcomes
