The Manager, People Operations serves as the operational and systems backbone of the People function during a defining moment of company growth and transformation. This role owns the core operational engine of People Ops, the design and implementation of scalable systems and automations, the strategic direction of our HR technology infrastructure, and the analytics and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into organizational health.
