Executive Director, Marketing Operations and Digital Innovation

Role Overview

The Executive Director, Marketing Operations and Digital Innovation will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive marketing and recruitment efforts for INSEAD programmes and revenue targets. This role will ensure the effective integration and optimization of AdTech, MarTech, CRM, eCommerce, and end-to-end customer journey processes.

The ideal candidate will manage and lead a global team of experts in digital marketing, portfolio enablement, CRM, technology innovation, and data analytics. They will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and recruitment effort aligned with organizational goals for INSEAD programmes.
