The Customer Success Operations Specialist supports the efficiency, scalability, and data integrity of the Customer Success organization by building and maintaining dashboards and reports on key metrics, ensuring data accuracy, and analyzing trends to improve retention and process efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar analytical/operations roles
- Hand-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and/or CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, Catalyst)
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards (e.g., in CRM, BI tools, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Comfort working with large data sets, including data validation and troubleshooting
