Role Overview
This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all questions and concerns. The incumbent will work directly with assigned contacts to develop and maintain positive relationships through telephone and email communication.
What You Will Do
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for assigned employers and institutional clients, process system setup and updates, coordinate client plan renewal and open enrollment, and ensure successful retention of assigned clients.

Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Sales, or related field
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
- Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Experience in retirement plan industry and knowledge of IRAs
