Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst role will support both the commission and revenue finance teams, partnering closely with Field Leadership, Sales Operations, and HR to support business priorities and ensure financial objectives are met.

Build a deep understanding of the business, effectively communicate results, and present recommendations to leadership team members. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within sales compensation systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related finance function
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable business recommendations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, and business intelligence platforms preferred
