Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and commercially focused Business Development Officer – Institutional Sales to support B2B sales growth within the construction, water management, infrastructure, and institutional project sectors.
What You Will Do
Identify new business opportunities, engage with large-scale developers and state institutions, build relationships with key project stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through proactive selling, negotiation, and strong market awareness.

Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, project sales, business development, or a related sales role
- Experience in the construction, hardware, engineering, building materials, plumbing, uPVC, PE, electrical, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong ability to build relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, project managers, and government-sector stakeholders
- Experience preparing or supporting technical bids, tenders, proposals, and commercial documentation
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate value propositions clearly
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong market awareness with the ability to identify new project opportunities
- Good planning, reporting, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Ability to travel for site visits, client meetings, and project discussions
- Valid riding license is required
