Minigrip- Sr. Performance Data Analyst

The Sr. Performance Data Analyst role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting machine and production data to support operational efficiency, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or Applied Mathematics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI
• Good organizational skills and high level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and demands
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
