What You Will Do
Analyze customer data, map and improve customer journey processes, build and track indicators, act as a consultant, develop playbooks and frameworks, and automate manual processes.

Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or related areas
- Knowledge of Cursor or other AI coding tools
- Data analysis skills using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies – Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar
- Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and influence without authority
- Proactive, structured, and strong sense of ownership
- Advanced English
