Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and thinking approach, as well as the ability to understand and interpret large and complex data sets
- Good understanding of statistical methods, forecasting models, and their application to business needs
- Precise and systematic work approach, even under pressure, and the ability to ensure the reliability and quality of analyses
- Excellent technical skills (Excel, SQL, Python)
- Good proficiency in Finnish and English, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to learn new things and understand the impact of underlying factors
