Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager Italy, you will engage with both strategic and operational aspects of our retail activities, taking on a dynamic role that ensures the smooth running of commercial day-to-day activities with our partners, while also shaping the growth of our offline retail channel.
What You Will Do
Account Ownership: Take full ownership of the performance of key accounts within the Italian market, ensuring that financial targets are consistently met or exceeded. Customer Strategy: Develop and implement tailored customer strategies that encompass portfolio, pricing & category management, aligned with our company objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent vocational training
- Proven track record in Key Account Management/Sales, with experience managing large, complex accounts in the FMCG/CPG sector, beverage experience is a plus
- Business fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus
- Possess a valid driver’s license (B) and openness to regular travel
