Ironwear is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to assist with customer relationships, provide ongoing support, and address customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Evaluate and write up incoming orders
• Assist customers with product inquiries
• Offer customers alternative products
• Provide customer outreach
• Communicate cross-functionally with processing team
• Process all paperwork
• Compile pertinent customer data
